About

Salamander was submitted for the 2025 Games Fleadh by a team of 6 developers. The game explores survival mechanics against pollution and deforestation threats. We received the "Best User Interface" award.

Developed in 3 weeks using Unity 6 with HDRP rendering pipeline.

Technical Lead

Led architecture decisions, managed Git workflow, and provided technical mentorship. Enabled team members to focus on creative tasks while I handled systems programming and integration.
